We had a Sunday brunch from hell at this restaurant which was one of the worst experiences I have had since living in NYC. They were busy and I was told there would be a wait but saw many people seated randomly and sloppily without regard to party size or arrival time. It was very noisy and they ran out of bloody mary mix.( bad planning for a place that caters to brunches) After being seated we waited 15 minutes to even get somone to notice us or give us coffee. A catsup bottle was broken next to us and I was splashed with catsup and barely was there an acknowledgement or aid in cleaning it up or the people next to me who were far more inconvienced. They were not happy either. When we finally flagged own a server we had to continually ask for untensils, condiments, napkins etc. Finally we just started borrowing from the table next to us as it was easier than finding our waitperson. It took another 30 minutes for our food to aarive and the bread and muffins we requested never made it to the table. It might have helped while we waited for the food. My partners eggs were fine however the pancakes I ordered were terrible, heavy and undercooked. I was afraid to send them back for fear of never seeing them again. The whole thing was way overpriced for the qulaity and ammount of the product. This place was reccomended by a friend however with the bad managment, bad food and bad service I say three strikes they're out. I for one will never be back. There are better restaurants that will be glad to have the business.
